Organic grocery store with a daily-changing lunch menu. There's always a soup (small or large portion available), a dish of the day, and a counter with filled rolls, pastries, and cakes. Also good for Vegans.

Near the main station – very good pizzas, but the location is quite small, so it's better suited for takeaway or sitting outside in nice weather.

Close to the Hub. Very tasty and affordable burgers – especially for meat lovers :)
Teilchen und Beschleuniger
Cozy student pub at Gartenfeldplatz – very nice atmosphere and a good, affordable menu. Especially recommended in nice weather.
Note: opens at 12pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Also rather student-oriented, but uncomplicated and quite close by.
