Code of Conduct

We want everyone to have a great time at our conference. To make this happen, we ask all attendees to follow these guidelines:

Respect & Inclusion

• No sexism. Any form of sexism is absolutely unacceptable – in conversations, talks, and all interactions.
• LGBTQ+ welcome. We want everyone from the LGBTQ+ community to feel safe and welcome. Discrimination or hostility of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Be kind. Treat everyone with respect and kindness. Our general terms of service apply to all conference interactions as well.

Language

• English preferred. Please try to speak English during breaks and social gatherings so that international attendees can join in and feel included.

Health & Safety

• Masks are welcome. If you choose to wear a mask, that's completely fine. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable for doing so.
• Stay home if unwell. If you're feeling sick, please stay home. We'll miss you, but keeping everyone healthy is more important.
