We almost held our first Kirby conference in 2020. Everything was in place: we had a venue, all tickets were sold, hotels were booked, and a lunch buffet had been ordered. With just two weeks to go before the doors were due to open, the first pandemic lockdowns began.

Only six years later, we are giving it another try…
